When clicking "Discussion" it opens another phrase

Hello everyone,
as the title says, often (80% of the times) when I click “Discussion” in some phrases, it opens another discussion from a different phrase, not the exact same one.

What can we or you guys do to try to fix this issue?

This is actually a very old bug, I can only conclude that it is impossible to fix.

Sentence comments end up in wrong thread

Recently, sentence comments are appearing in existing forum threads that have nothing to do with the sentence the comment is about. For example: Ich denke immer wieder mal an meine Mutter, welche nicht mehr am Leben ist. - #3 by ColdForest2381 And also this existing, very old, bug report: Wrong forum discussion linked to sentence

Probably some wrong coding on the website. Pretty fixable, they should do the work.

I think it’s a design problem (see the linked threads for details), so a fix may be quite complicated in order to avoid problems with extant sentence comments.
