Very fair question given what you can read in a typical Spanish grammar:
Se utiliza el subjuntivo para dar o transmitir consejos, órdenes o sugerencias después de verbos en presente como aconsejar, mandar, ordenar, etc.
Cuídese de lo que diga.
But usage rules, Cuídese de lo que dice is much more common according to Google.
And in practice, cuidado con lo que seems to be followed by the indicative mood.
