Does anyone know when we should use ‘yo mismo’ vs. ‘mi mismo???’

mi mismo is used with para mi mismo / a mi mismo(to myself), por mi mismo (by myself), de mi mismo (of myself) , and probably others.

yo mismo is used alone.

To translate I can do this myself you can say: “Yo mismo puedo hacer esto” but also “puedo hacer esto por mi mismo”
