It’s normal to use the present tense for future events. ‘Mañana no voy a trabajar’. ‘Se casan la semana que viene’.
Imagine some context. —Dónde está el libro? No me puedo ir sin el libro! —Ya encuentro yo el libro. Tú vete. ‘Where’s the book? I can’t leave without the book!’ ‘I’ll find the book. You go’
