Wrong device time zone

The iOS app gets the device time zone wrong. My phone is (as automatically determined by the OS) in the Berlin time zone but the Clozemaster app assumes “Athens (2)”.

Since Athens is currently UTC+3 and Berlin is UTC+2 during summer time I’m assuming the app is looking at the current UTC offset only and then looking up the time zone based on that but disregarding DST.

This causes problems for me because every day between 23:00 and 0:00 hours, the app has the wrong idea about what’s ready for review and will present sentences for review before they’re due. It’ll also get the daily goal wrong.

Same issue on iOS for me too, I’m in London, but the app thinks my time zone is Amsterdam.

Other than that, it’s a very nice app!

Thanks for letting us know! We should have a fix out for iOS within the next week or so. Please let us know if you’re still seeing time zone issues on Android - a fix should already be included in the latest update.
