Web site not working

I am having issues with listening on my reviews. When I go to play it just sits there silent and does nothing. This is with my custom collection. I have been very careful to enter the sentences with punctuation (and not two spaces at the end making sure that there is only one cloze word. Everything that caused this issue for me before.

I prefer the website much more than the app. Curious if anyone else is facing this.
I have used this site more than any other for my language learning. So I hope this gets fixed.

Do I understand you correctly that your problem is the following?

When you play custom collections, there is no voice that reads the sentences as it does on standard collections?

At least on the web app? You want audio in custom collections too?
In the mobile app, this seems to work even in custom collections?

You have it right. It works fine on app. I even went through my collection and looked for anything that might confuse a sentence, for example lack of period at end of sentence.
What happens is on web when doing custom collection, it will show the speaker icon and then nothing else after. I have tried refereshing it and it might play one sentense or two then maybe the next it has speaker icon and the audio never arrives, never allowing me to even translate the sentence. (On web works fine however with other cloze made collections)

Another thing I dont particularly like is having to always push space bar twice to get it to register after first word on web. Ive noticed others on here have mentioned that as well.
