English Translation
Let’s make the circle to ensure that we are all on the same page.
I’m a bit confused about this idiom, after seeing what Wiktionary has to say.
hacer el círculo
(idiomatic) to go round in circles
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/hacer_el_círculo#Spanish
to go round in circles
(idiomatic) To repeatedly do the same thing without making any progress.
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/go_round_in_circles#English
This translation doesn’t make any sense. It very much looks like it was just translated word by word. Neither “hacer el circulo” (which I have never heard of, despite what the Wiktionary says, I think it should be " ir en círculos") nor “estar en la misma página” are a thing in spanish. Although they might end up getting imported from english, like many other idioms.
A more accurate translation could be, in my opinion, something like: “Que cada uno dé su opinión, así nos aseguramos que estamos en sintonía” / “… que todos vamos en la misma línea” / “… que tenemos ideas parecidas”
