Struggling to find a source that explains the rules around when you use Upp / Uppe and also Ut / Ute. I’ve got a few examples of how they may be used - but not the grammatical rules.
The ones with a final ‘e’ are used for where something is, and those without are used with movement: “Jag är här uppe/ute/inne/framme/nere. Kom upp/ut/in/fram/ner till mig.”
