I thought ustedes is used for “you all” not “you” which you would use usted or tú for.
The English is ambiguous, because “you” can be either singular or plural depending on context. I like your translation of “you all” to make it explicitly plural.
In practice, you will find very few sentences with “you all” in the corpus, and even so, you must choose between ustedes and vosotros, and don’t forget vosotras.
