Should be just ‘Si comes’. ‘Comerse’ has a connotation that you eat all of something, or eat something up. ‘Como pasta cada día’ vs ‘me como un plato de pasta cada día’, the latter could be just ‘como’, but the former cannot be ‘me como’.

I think you’ve helped me with comer vs. comerse before, so I’m obviously a slow learner. 
Anyway, I probably wouldn’t have commented if it hadn’t been for the redundant tú.
