A few weeks ago, I modified my review intervals in the Italian IOS app. I’d done this before without any problem, but this time, it wiped out all the lists of words to review, and prevented new words from being added to the review queue. It did not seem to affect other languages. I emailed Clozemaster, got a response for more information, which I provided. I haven’t heard back. Then last week, I reset the review order preference for Japanese. That also wiped out all the review queues. A pity, since I’ve been using Clozemaster Japanese happily for – what? five years?
