English Translation
I’ve had it for today. I’m too tired.
Wouldn’t “por” also work?

No, that ‘para mí’ really has to be ‘para mí’. But to my ear that phrase is more English than Spanish, just the words are Spanish.
I’ve had it for today. I’m too tired.
Then how would it be said in a way that is more Spanish?
Ya no puedo más. Hasta aquí llego. He terminado.
The problem isn’t even that ‘es todo para mí’ isn’t idiomatic, it simply doesn’t mean what the English means.
Over on Tatoeba, there’s a parallel translation, which also sounds idiomatic: “Suficiente por hoy. …”.
