Conditional tense is the same for 1st and 3rd person singular, so this could also mean, "He/She could do this for days… " ?

I could do this for days.

I could do this for days.So I’m assuming in casual conversation that a pronoun would be left off if the context makes it obvious who the subject is, but if it’s not obvious then it would be “Yo Podría” or “Ella Podría”? Or would it be “A mi podría?” or “A ella podría”

  1. Pronoun dropping isn’t related to how casual or formal the speech is.
  2. Pronouns are used sometimes even when they’re obvious, for emphasis or contrast. ‘Él enseguida se cansa, pero yo podría hacer esto durante días’. Él could be obvious (it can’t be yo) but it’s still included, because it’s opposed to yo.
  3. ‘A mí’ o ‘a ella’ can’t be subjects. Just like English, subjects don’t use any preposition.
