The whole translation is pretty much wrong; ordenar is not a translation of order in the sense of “requesting food in a restaurant”.

My suggestion: “[Nosotros] Pedimos la comida.”

Apparently ordenar can be a synonym for pedir in parts of Latin America. The English Wiktionary page (definition 3) and Spanish Wiktionary page (also definition 3) have this as one of the possible uses for ordenar.
I came across this possible usage when I was wondering about the inclusion of ordenar in the sentence Cada vez que él viene aquí, ordena el mismo plato as a translation of “Every time he comes here, he orders the same dish”.
At the bottom of the Tatoeba page for that sentence there is a query where someone suggests using pedir and there is a reply about the potential usage of ordenar as a synonym for pedir in some parts of Latin America. Since the author of that sentence on Tatoeba (marcelostockle) is Chilean, that all seemed sensible to me.

Oh, okay, good to know. I checked the rae before posting, but the Wiktionnary is usally more broad.
I am willing to bet this is an meaning imported from english that, since the words and meanings that cross the border from english to spanish are not always match, has not (yet) arrived to spain
I see that it does actually appear in the "diccionario de americanismos", so there’s that
