I think the standard way to say this is “No veo ningún moretón”. Ninguno does normally not have a plural.
Edit: the plural is used for nouns that are normally used in the plural, like gafas, tijeras.

Yes, this sounds better, where I live we say moratón instead of moretón, both are accepted.
