This sentence was changed on Tatoeba to say “nada de qué”. However, I’m not sure that the sentence is wrong in its original form, without the accent.
No accent is correct to my ear. Looking at the grammar, the antecedent is right there, ‘nada’. If you remove it, then qué would carry that weight, ‘no tienes de qué preocuparte’. But as a relative pronoun, que has no accent.
Most of the time in Spanish, the accent on monosyllables isn’t purely diacritic, but it goes on words that actually carry stress. There are some exceptions, like ‘dos más dos’ = 'dosmas’dos. But for the most part I trust my ear on these questions.
