I don’t know if he would have done it for me.

Everyone, it’s driving me crazy. Does ‘habria’ mean both could and would??! Because I see the ‘-ia’ ending for both uses, which seems confusing. Any help appreciated.

Could you give an example of a sentence which is confusing you? Expressing the ability to do something often involves the verb “poder”. For instance “lo podría haber hecho” (he could have done it) compared to “lo habría hecho” (he would have done it).
