So Pasa doesn’t seem to mean “harm”? But if this translation is right, it must?

No pasa nada = Nothing happened

The given translation is very far from literal (the literal translation is “nothing is happening” [present tense]) but it some contexts it does indeed mean something like “no harm done.” Or “Don’t worry, it’s not a big deal.”

Could it be possible to indicate somehow that a sentence doesn’t translate literally but rather idiomatically?

No language gets translated literally. It’s just that English is close enough to Spanish that occasionally you can have two very similar constructions of sentences. However, this is not the case here.
