The German Translation is “Du brauchst nicht aufzustehen”. But this is third personal plural. So the translation should be “Sie brauchen nicht aufzustehen”.

BTW, pararse seems to be used mostly in Latin America, with ponerse de pie or levantarse being preferred in Spain.
pararse can also mean to stop (moving), so this sentence is ambiguous.
