The Google translation of single words is practically just guesswork, often misleading. In this case, it’s not completely wrong though, since as a noun, dado means die.

The “has” before “dado” eliminates the definition ‘dice’. ‘Has dado’ is the 2nd person singular indicative compound tense (El Preterito Perfecto ‘Present Perfect Indicative’) meaning “you have given”… Hence, the phrase translates to English as “You have given me so much.” (I would assume, I can’t see the English translation from here)
