There are many more words that fit here – barra, tabarra, vara, plasta, coñazo. I could probably come up with a couple more. I’ve never heard barrila though.

FWIW, The RAE says it’s from Spain:

dar la barrila a alguien

loc. verb. coloq. Esp. Molestar, aburrir o fastidiar con pretensiones reiteradas.
