I have met some native speakers who always use the indicative when saying something that they know to be true, even in sentences like this which by rule should use the subjunctive. I don’t know how widespread this is.

que estemos juntos. - In general, you can use to talk about the present time but also when talking about the future. (example: “Es importante que estemos juntos cuando lleguemos a los 50”)
