In German, nouns are capitalized, and in hyphenated words, all parts which are nouns are capitalized (as well as the first letter).
The correct answers on Clozemaster follow this rule, but it seems like the wrong answers don’t, see the attached screenshot (I have come across this with another sentence as well, but I don’t have a screenshot of that one), which makes those sentences really easy.
