That translation doesn’t make sense in English.
‘Soya is an animal feed full of proteins.’ would be more accurate.

It appears that the English sentence on Tatoeba was deleted a few years ago:-

However, when I search for this sentence (well actually, I searched for the word proteínas) using the sentence search feature, it appears that the translation has already been changed:-
