Incorrect Streak Number

Hello! I noticed my streak is displaying incorrectly; I use clozemaster on 2 devices (ipad/iphone) and after syncing my offline progress, even though my calendar shows me as having played daily since August of '23, my streak reset itself and is now at only 3 days.

Has anyone else encountered this? I sent a message to support@closemaster but Iā€™m wondering if anyone else has had luck getting their streak restored, or if I have to just accept it as being lost :sweat_smile:
