I'd like to practice both Vocabulary and Listening, separately

I want to practice both the Vocabulary and Listening skills on the Most Common Words practice set. However I can really only review one skill or the other. If I practice the Listening skill during review and mark a sentence as correct, that doesn’t mean I’d be able to produce that word during Vocabulary practice, and vice versa. Ideally I could create a duplicate set of the most common word exercises and work through one set on the Vocabulary skill, and work through the other set on the Listening skill.
