How do you set specific multiple choice options for sentences

I recently created a Cloze set for how words should decline given various prepositions.

The default multiple choice (other cloze) is inappropriate for this case, as I can tell the right answer simply by which root word is correct, thus preventing the actual point of learning the declension.

Certain (default) collections have fixed/static multiple choice options. How can we do this for a custom collection?

To the best of my knowledge, that’s not possible for us ordinary users, using any of the documented upload facilities. My guess is that there’s another, more sophisticated upload facility for internal Clozemaster use.
