That “just” seems extraneous and misleading.

What’s the problem with “Hazlo”? it’s the most common way of saying “do it”.
The translation is “just do it”, not “do it”. The word “just” adds a meaning that isn’t there.
The best translation would be “Solo hazlo”, but that won’t really mean what the expression “Just do it!”, but “Only do it”. So just “Hazlo” seems right to me.
