How about “deba” (subjunctive), as it refers to the future?

Given the context (“avisar”), we can assume no one knows yet when is this going to happen, so technically you should use “deba”, but don’t be surprised if you hear “debo” in more casual speech.
“Debo” is the right one if there’s a set time already.
