I’m not so sure. I’m not familiar with boca sucia, but I’ve seen other figurative expressions, such as cabeza cuadrada, which can be either feminine or masculine, depending on who is the bearer.

(Spanish native speaker here). In this case, “un boca sucia” can be interpreted as the “Presentador” using curse words or saying inappropriate things. In that particular context, we are not referring to the body part (the mouth, which would be “una boca sucia” - “la boca” is feminine, so “una”), but instead we call the man himself “un boca sucia” (“el hombre” is masculine, hence “un”). This is an uncommon expression; you could also say “Este presentador de TV es un ordinario” or “Este presentador es un maleducado”.
