English Translation
This one’s going on the house.
The translation seems to be completely off. Shouldn’t this be something like - it’s somewhere in the house?

It’s a courtesy phrase, like in a restaurant where they offer you a free drink after the meal, on the house.
I do agree it sounds a bit weird. I think a more idiomatic expression would be “(A esta) invita la casa”. I would leave “a esta” out, and so have the “this one” be obvious from the situation, because I feel that’s how it would normally be said. But because we lack context, and the “this one” is explicited in the english sentence…
With no context, that’s my interpretation, but I suppose you could find a context for a more literal one.
