Error message when making a custom cloze text

Here’s what I am getting:

There was an error processing this text! data.errorMessage Sorry about that. Please try again and let us know if you this message again.

Then:

Status: error #<Errno::ECONNREFUSED: Failed to open TCP connection to api.fluencymachine.com:443 (Connection refused - connect(2) for "api.fluencymachine.com" port 443)> Sorry about that! Please try again and let us know if you see this message again.

I have retried. This has happened several times. Thanks for any help -

UPDATE: I thought the problem might have been a too-long text, but I have now tried with a very short text and I get the same error.
