My big complaint with the previous Android app update was that the ergonomics were very bad, with my thumb having to stretch far down on the screen. I’m afraid the latest update has made this even worse.
The bottom answer button is sometimes so far down that it’s mostly covered by the row with the apps/home/back buttons. The Next button has been moved all the way to the bottom, requiring the longest possible thumb stretch when holding the phone at the top and using the thumb on that hand. It’s even below Explain (which is a nice feature, but it shouldn’t be more prominent than Next).
I’ve tried a few different ways of holding my phone and using the app, with one hand and two, and I don’t like any of them. My preferred way of holding it is inviting repetitive strain injuries. Please, go back to the old layout. The buttons need to be in the top half of the screen, not the bottom.
