If you wish to comment on a sentence from the search dialog, the current user interface forces you to first choose a collection. That’s illogical, since sentence discussions are not bound to a particular collection, and it effectively hinders people from commenting on sentences that are not in any collection.
In this screenshot, there is plenty of space for a comment button between those for sentence source and collections.
