Is there a difference between echar en rostro and echar en cara?

I don’t think there is any difference, but, to be honest, I have never heard “echar en rostro” be used by anyone… And, although it appears in the RAE’s dictionary, they do mark it as infrequently used, so I wouldn’t bother to much with it
