He’s coming to my country.

He’s coming to my country. English translation is “he’s coming” which indicates something to happen in the future. Yet “Él viene” is present tense which translates as “he comes”. Is it grammatically correct for “Él viene” to indicate something that is going to happen later and not only what it happening at present?

It’s common and considered correct, especially in spoken language. It can be argued that “he’s coming” is also a use of present tense to indicate the future. Spanish doesn’t use the gerund for this purpose, though.
