English Sentence
The old person died in their room.
I think the Spanish translation misses that
the English sentence is gender-neutral, using singular their.
“La persona anciana murió en su habitación.”

“La persona anciana murió en su habitación.”
Not sure what you mean. Maybe it got fixed?
I think the English original sentence is another way to write “The old person died in his or her room.”
I understand.
Could this also mean that the room belongs to other people and not the old man?
In the Spanish sentence the room doesn’t belong to the old man sorry abuelito
It’s possible of course, but I find it strange to say “their” without specifying who.
