Says so although internet connection is available it started about two days ago perhaps new version.

I am having what seems like a similar problem. I have used the Clozemaster app for months on my phone and have able to play all the different language learning options, but two days ago, when I opened the app, it opened to the “Offline Dashboard” and the message, “You are currently offline”, but I’m not. I can’t access the dashboard or my profile. Any ideas?
Recently installed the Android app again and I’m experiencing the same. The app randomly opens up in offline mode. This is on a OnePlus 6 with Android 9.
