Cloze Collection import is broken for Cantonese

I can’t get anything to import. I was trying CSV/TSV and it just shows 0 rows imported on the next screen. I also tried pasting in a list of sentences into the text import and that doesn’t work either.

Thanks for letting us know and sorry for the trouble! Are you seeing an error message or anything like that? Might you be able to email us the CSV/TSV at support@clozemaster.com? You could also DM me or paste in the list of sentences here. We’ll figure out what the issue is. We’re also working on adding better error reporting. Thanks again!

Thank you for taking a look at this! I sent a sample file to the support email. I don’t get any errors. It spins gears like it’s processing but when you get to the next edit screen there are 0 sentences.
