Chrome keeps crashing while using the Clozemaster website

Hello,

I use Clozemaster every day, and have noticed that 2-3 days of the week, while I’m using the website, my browser (Chrome) crashes. It has happened enough times by now for me to be confident that it is Clozemaster-related.

I’d appreciate if you could look into this issue. Or please just let me know if you recommend a different browser for using the website.

Hi Pelin, thanks for letting us know and sorry for the trouble!

  • What OS are you using and might you be able to send the version of Chrome as well?
  • Do you have any other tabs open when it happens?
  • Are you using any add-ons?
  • What skill (vocab, listening, speaking) and mode (multiple choice, text input, transcribe) are you playing when it happens?
