This is a small thing, but note that the “Cancel” button in the lower right-hand corner of the “Report Error” dialog
is displayed whether or not you have already reported the error. My guess is that once you have reported it, clicking “Cancel” has no effect other than dismissing the “Report Error” dialog. However, even if I’m wrong on this, it’s not good for the GUI to leave a user with this uncertainty. It would be better to either always display the label as “Close” (which would always be fine) or have it change from “Cancel” to “Close” or “OK” once the error has been reported.
