Add answered cloze directly to Session History

I suggest that after answering a cloze, that cloze should be instantly accessible in Session History, not only after you have moved on to the next cloze. Reasons:

  1. Session History is not available for the last cloze in a session; instead you get another view which is not as comprehensive.
  2. Session History enables you to see interesting information about a cloze, in particular the number of times you have played it, and the number of incorrect attempts. It also tells you which collection the cloze belongs to. This information can be useful when determining whether the cloze is hard, normal or easy, or whether it can be marked as “forever known”.

I’m bumping this one, as I think it’s still relevant, and would probably be very easy to implement.

@mike: this would make debugging the fuzz factor a lot easier :slightly_smiling_face:
