I found this sentence pairing in cloze-listening:
Le donne cristiane lavorarono insieme a schiave e donne libere ebree e musulmane.
Christian women worked together with Jewish and Muslim slaves and free women.
The way adjectives are matched with nouns is not the same, is it?
I am asking because sometimes I am still struggling with the word order in Italian.
In German this would be considered bad style because if you put it one after another just with “e” you’ll never know what exactly is meant.
