Let’s kiss.
Given it’s a question, would ‘shall we kill?’ be a better translation?
I’ve heard “wollen wir” used as a suggestion or invitation to do something, so I think it works. Personally, I would prefer “shall we” or “should we” as a translation, but I would understand it either way.
But note that it’s “kiss” and not “kill”!
