“abendessen” can indeed function as a verb: dict.cc | abendessen | English Dictionary
This looks like a typo, in that someone capitalized it so that it looks like it’s being used as a noun, but that doesn’t work here. You could maybe say something like “wir können danach das Abendessen essen” but that sounds a bit clunky.
Another way to say it would be
Wir können danach zu Abend essen.
The “proper” way to say it, is what @pitti42 said:
“Wir können danach zu Abend essen.”
But some Germans make a verb out of that expression. In that case, everything @Lernen_und_Fahren said applies. For example:
Since it’s a verb, you’d need to write it with a lowercase a.
The other sentence mentioned by @Lernen_und_Fahren is also correct but does indeed sound clunky.
