Yes. I had to read it a couple times myself to parse it.

Normally not. Most people would likely say “Mach’ was ich sage, nicht was ich tue”.
Putting the imperative at the end, and using “tue” instead of “tu”, makes it quite awkward. This sounds like Goethe German.
