I think you originally asked why it says “dom” here in place of “de”. In informal writing, some people simply spell words as they’re pronounced.

Maybe similar to how some people write “could of” instead of “could’ve”.

Indeed I removed the post a bit later. Just after posting I found lots of examples using the “DOM” and I understand now that I can use DOM for DE and DEM. So I removed the question.
Although I am still not very sure about the difference between DE and DEM.
