花儿你买了没有?

花儿你买了没有?
According to a native speaker friend, the sentence is weird if you don’t do a very heavy break between 花儿 and the rest of the sentence. The object shouldn’t be in first place just like that.

Is this sentence an acceptable example of Topic-Comment structure? I haven’t come across it on Duolingo so far, but was reviewing grammar on the Improve Mandarin site prior to my HSK1 exam on the weekend, and found it discussed there. It seems to say that putting the object first is common.
