くらい (kurai) is the correct pronunciation in mathematical round-up/down/off contexts if the threshold is equal to or over one. い (i) is used only for the threshold below one. For example:

  • 10万の位 ==> じゅうまんの「くらい」

  • 百の位 ==> ひゃくの「くらい」

  • 一の位 ==> いちの「くらい」
