くりかえす had definitely better been replaced with 繰り返す. But the difference between よい and 良い isn’t that simple.

According to Mainichi, the proofreading team replaced 送り直せば良い with 送り直せばよい (Meaning: you don’t have to resend the entire content but just the part containing errors.) Other examples recommended to replace with よい are それでよい (I’m okay with it/I agree on it), …してよい (you are allowed to do X), and 住みよい (it is a cozy place to live), all of which diverted from the original meaning “good”.
According to the Etude of Words, 好い is another homophone for “had better”, “preferable” or “suitable” in English. However, 常用漢字表 managed by the government lists up only 良い and 善い (ethical; morally right) for よい. Therefore, sentences in the context of 好い is often spelled as よい in hiragana. So, my conclusion is
君はそんな間違いを繰り返さない方がよい。
